Mobile services to be suspended for four hours in Rawalpindi and Islamabad now as a part of “security issue” in anticipation of arrival of the Chinese Premier Li Keqiang in Pakistan.
As per the notice issued from Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the cellular services will remain suspended from 10 am until 2 pm.
China’s new primary minster, Li Keqiang’ visit to Pakistan will span two days and will be his first overseas visit after becoming the Premier.
It was predicted that after the PPP govt was gone, cellular services suspension activity would stop occurring but it seems that the seeds planted by Former Interior Minister Rehman Malik has found roots in the mindset of authorities.
