Home page www.google.com.my covers the message “Google Malaysia STAMPED by PAKISTANI LEETS”, with “Team MadLEETS” claiming responsibility. At the bottom of the home page “Pakistan Zindabad,” a patriotic slogan meaning “Long Live Pakistan”.

Hackers defaced the domain (google.com.my) using DNS hijacking attack Hacking into Domain provider and changing the DNS information.

Hacker’s o modifies the name server information of the web page: Main Name Server to “b0x4.madleets.com” and additional name server to “b0x3.madleets.com”.

The strike does not appear to be politics, however. “There’s not much purpose behind it, only to confirm that security is just an impression. It does not are available,” said group leader Leet in a declaration to TechCrunch. “We have no political intentions at all.”

According to the Verge, Google verified that the issue is with the DNS registry side in Malaysia, and says that accessibility should have been repaired although we have been incapable to fill the website for ourselves. Integrality, a Malaysian web host used by Google, is monitoring the issue and notices that it may take time for DNS web servers to upgrade worldwide.
