The primarily feature of this Online Self Care Portal is that customer can register their complaints by just providing their basic information. All queries and complaints are directly sent to the concerned department.
Also our customers can track their complaint status with the help of the link provided on the portal.In addition to service orders, the web site has ‘Configure yourself’ material and videos.Videos are available for all the PTCL devices such as how to configure your broadband modem.
