Nokia stop to support Symbian and Meego

The day has come for the Symbian – once the most commonly used and most well-known mobile OS – to get hidden.

Nokia has officially put a quit to Meego and Symbian, with the closure of their app shops. They obviously have not been crawled and eliminated completely together. The phase comes after it declared a while back that all Symbian and Meego services will be stopped on 1st Jan 2014.

Users will be able to set up applications for an everlasting period of your energy and effort while the designers will be able to obtain in earnings. However, these earnings will not be a lot as revenue of the OS have ongoing to drop with the last phone operating on the OS getting launched in beginning 2012. Developers also will not be able to launch up-dates to their applications.

With this shift, Nokia is repeating its trust on Microsoft’s Windows Phone and its own Asha variety. While it has not exactly been gaining constantly from them either, things are not exactly going nowhere and there certainly is attention.

We do not know a lot of individuals who (still) own a Symbian smartphone but if you are one of those individuals, then maybe plenty of the come to give up the deliver with a large query indicate over its go.
