Jamaat-i-Islami: Army has no right to interfere in political affairs

The Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) on Thursday addressed an ISPR news launch release Munawar Hassan’s comments, saying that the military did not have the right to straightly interfere in political matters.

JI leader Liaqat Baloch talked to journalists following a conference of the party’s Majlis-e-Shura which was also joined by Munawar Hassan. Baloch said the ISPR had released a political press launch. “The military does not have the right to interfere in political and democratic matters.”

Army has no right to interfere in political affairs: JI According to Liaqat Baloch, those with a particular objective and mentality were behind redirecting interest to personal controversy. “The issue at hand is the closure of Nato supplies and drone attacks.”

The JI leader said his party was willing to provide any type of compromise for the nation. “JI has always respected to the martyrs of Pakistan Army.”

On Sunday night, the ISPR issued an argument highly condemning ‘the irresponsible and misleading’ comments of Munawar Hassan in TV program, announcing dead terrorists as shaheeds (martyrs) while insulting the shahadat (martyrdom) of a large number of innocent Pakistanis and soldiers of the army.

The press release called for an unconditional apology from Hassan for harming the emotions of the family members of Pakistani military who were martyred while battling terrorists.

This was the opinion of ISPR but according to my opinion Mualana Munawar Hassan was also asking from any Mualana that the people helping America are SHAHEED ? Whats your opinion please share with us
