Using your mobile’s inner storage area for setting up applications is normally recommended as it takes less time for them to perform upon starting if they in the storage area space.
If you install too many applications on inner storage area, they will keep using up your hard drive area leaving you with almost no area on the inner storage area.
Following is the detailed procedure to move an installed app from inner storage area to SD card.
Step One
Go to Settings in your Mobile
Step Two
Go to Apps Menu in Settings
Step Three
Select the app you want to move to SD Card
Step Four
Click on “Move to SD Card”
This procedure has been tested with Q Mobile’s NOIR A9 and A10 and is expected to work on other Q Mobiles with operating system as Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) or more.

Just force stop that app and than try again to move.
