A number of natural foods are available as a gift of nature that fights against cancer. Many times chemotherapy, radiation and surgery causes ending of tumor from body but so called stem cells have been reported to cause relapse of disease. But unfortunately, people don’t know about natural foods that help to resist this relapse and fight with these cancer stem cells and cancer cells.
- Turmeric
Turmeric is a spice and use in Asian countries in different dishes for flavoring. It has a compound name Curcumin which fight against cancer, especially against breast cancer stem cells. It has been studied that it emboldens the death of cancer cells, constrains tumor development, and even augments the effectiveness of chemotherapy
- Cruciferous vegetables (Broccoli)

Lycopene has reported endometrial cancer cell growth in a study in Nutrition and Cancer. And it was also reported that endometrial cancer causes nearly 8,000 deaths a year. In short, tomatoes help to resist endometrial, lung, prostate, and stomach cancers.

It has been reported that black and long pepper fight with cancer stem cells because of presence of Piperine, a natural compound. This natural compound has been reported to kill tumor cells but especially to breast cancer stem cells.
- Fish, egg yolk, beef lever
Vitamin D3 is present in these foods which have been shown to reduce the incidence of human breast, prostate and colon cancers and induces apoptosis (cell death) and cell cycle arrest of various cancer cells. And various researches are being in process that how vitamin D3 fights with cancer stem cells preventing reoccurrence of disease.
